FAQ

Answers before you ask

The questions every shipper asks before sending the first booking.

How fast will I get a quote?

Within one business day on active trade lanes. Dangerous goods or special equipment can take a little longer because we verify classification and space first.

Should I choose FCL or LCL?

FCL (full container) usually wins above roughly 13–15 m³, or when you want your cargo sealed and separate. LCL (shared container) is cost-effective for smaller volumes. If you're unsure, pick one and add a note — we'll quote the better option too.

Can you move dangerous goods?

Yes. Attach the MSDS with your inquiry; we confirm IMO class, packaging, and carrier acceptance before anything is booked.

Who handles customs clearance?

Either side, or both. Export clearance happens at origin and import clearance at destination — tell us what your Incoterm covers and we'll close the gap, or work alongside your own broker.

What do you need for an accurate quote?

Lane (origin and destination), FCL or LCL, total weight, dimensions for LCL, your Incoterm, and cargo readiness date. The form above covers all of it in about two minutes.

Ready to move your next shipment?

Two minutes on the form gets you a real quote — not a callback loop.
